Ioanna Daniilopoulou is a business consultant with solid skills in business administration, accounting, taxation, audit and project management, registered in the Economic Chamber of Greece (Kozani). In particular, she gives advice in relation to these matters in favor of (i) Greek and Italian companies operating in the import-export sector, (ii) private individuals interested in establishing new companies and (iii) companies already established that intend to develop their business project, also through the use of national and EU public funds.
Ioanna is an official translator / interpreter, qualified and enrolled with the Italian court of Milan. She is authorized to translate all types of private and public documents such as marriage certificates, university diplomas, court judgments, etc. from italian language into greek language and viceversa.
Ioanna has been collaborating since the second half of 2016 with the Law Firm Avv. Michele Rizzo, where she is the Head of the Greek Desk, responsible for the running of business ties with (i) Italian-speaking companies that invest in Greece or have commercial relations with Greece, (ii) Greek-speaking companies that have business relations with Italy and (iii) the Greek Public Administration.
In the Law Firm, she contributes her ability to communicate fluently in Greek, English and Italian, but above all the considerable experience in the economic-financial sector that she gained by virtue of prior collaborations, among which it worths mentioning the four-year experience in the role of Chief Accountant of the European Public Law Organization of Athens (Greece), an international organization specialized among other things in the management of development cooperation projects financed by the European Union and other international organizations.
Ioanna graduated with honors in Public Administration, Economics and Accounting in 2006 at Panteion University of Athens (Greece) discussing a thesis on the application of International Accounting Standards to companies listed on the Athens Stock Exchange and in 2009 she obtained with top marks a master’s degree in Auditing and Taxation at the same University.
Ioanna has collaborated with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, dealing with the development of teaching material and tutoring of students in online courses in business and economic subjects organized by the University’s Vocational Training Center.
Moreover, Ioanna attends often professional development courses and seminars in the fields of international taxation, import-export, business organization, accounting and public financing to companies, while at the same time she pays great attention to the evolution of the Greek market in tourism and the agri-food sector.
Finally, she follows with interest the evolution of the Italian and Greek legal framework and the economic environment of the innovative startups, particularly in Milan and Athens.
