• Our offices and the main features of our services
  We have offices in Milan and Athens and our services are available in Italian, English, Greek and French.
  The aim of our legal practice is to provide effective and high quality legal services, at competitive rates and in a timely manner, through the use of state-of-the-art Information Technology and cloud computing that enable the provision of legal assistance “remotely” and the fast (but protected) circulation of documents and information.

• Our clients
  Our legal services are foremost aimed towards private individuals, companies and public entities.
  In particular, we offer legal consulting services to both Italian and foreign companies (especially Greek) and other professionals (for instance lawyers with other specializations, notaries, accountants, architects, engineers and surveyors) active in the field of public tenders, public utilities, the energy sector, construction and real estate, as well as in the tourism sector, with special focus on the energy and environmental sustainability and the internationalization of the companies.

• Type of services offered: legal assistance in court, but also -and above all- legal advice on “out-of-court” issues
  We provide legal support with court cases and pleadings before Italian courts (mainly in disputes involving the Italian Public Administration), but above all, on “out-of-court” issues through:
  – legal opinions,
  – assistance in complex administrative procedures,
  – drafting and negotiation of contracts between Italian and foreign companies, agreements and contracts between public bodies, agreements between the Italian Public Administration and private parties,
  – handling of relations with Italian public bodies, with banks and with other companies.

• Agreement with our clients
  Our services are rendered on an individual case-by-case basis or by means of a retainer agreement for periods of variable duration in relation to the needs of the client and according to terms and conditions provided by an agreement signed between the Law Firm and the client.
