Mariangela La Pastina has been collaborating with Michele Rizzo Law Firm as of counsel since January 2020.

Mariangela deals primarily with civil law and in particular commercial law, contracts, debt collection, and contractual and non-contractual liability, matters in which she offers out-of-court and contentious legal advice to individuals and especially companies on issues related to the real estate sector, public and private procurement and energy (in particular, fuel distribution and sale of electricity).

Mariangela has been qualified to practice the legal profession since November 2013, and before joining the Michele Rizzo Law Firm, she has gained significant experience in litigation proceedings in these areas through many years of collaboration with a law firm of prime level with offices in Rome and Milan.

In addition, Mariangela offers Michele Rizzo Law Firm’s clients legal advice on tax law, protection of personal data (privacy) and, more generally, advice on corporate compliance.

Graduated cum laude at Luiss Guido Carli in Rome in July 2010, Mariangela continues to constantly update her knowledge and develop her skills.

Among others, she participated in the Master on Bankruptcy and Insolvency Procedures organized by IPSOA (2014) and the Master on the new tax law and process organized by Altalex Editore (2016).

Additionally, Mariangela attended a high-level training course for Data Protection Officer at the C.N.F. in collaboration with the C.N.I. and with the patronage of the Privacy Authority.

Mariangela speaks Italian and English fluently.
