Our Firm provides legal services on individual case-by-case basis or by means of a retainer arrangement (for fixed periods of time), in relation to the needs of the client. The client is also offered the possibility to request and obtain legal support – including legal opinions, even in oral or simplified form – “remotely” (i.e. without having to visit our premises or physically meet our professionals), via Skype, email or phone.
The relationship with the client is governed by a written engagement agreement that accurately indicates the activities included in the assignment, the time required for their execution and the related compensation. Possibly, the written agreement between the client and the Law Firm may provide that part of the compensation for the legal services rendered is subject to the achievement of a specific objective (so-called success fee).
As a consequence, the client is totally aware of the overall costs that he will have to bare for the legal assistance provided by the Law Firm. - High level of digitalization
