The partnership between the Michele Rizzo Law Firm and the “Il Sole 24Ore” Group, publisher of the leading Italian economic, political, and financial newspaper of the same name based in Milan and Rome, continues.

24Ore Professionale, the division of the 24Ore Group that develops products and services for professionals, businesses, and public administration, has confirmed its appointment of the Law Firm to manage and develop the legal content of the online portal “Smart24 Ufficio Tecnico” until 2025.

This is a online portal dedicated to technical office operators in local authorities, created in 2022 with the support of a Scientific Committee of which the managing partner of the Firm, Michele Rizzo, was and continues to be a member, offering support tools for the management of issues affecting the territory (construction, urban planning, public heritage, and the environment).

Given the expertise and experience gained by the Firm in advising public and private entities in the field of real estate and construction law, the team of professionals dedicated to the project, which also includes Chief Operating Officer Marco Fontana and senior associate Silvia Di Chiara – will continue to manage the “Construction” section of the Portal, commenting on the latest and most relevant regulatory developments and court rulings on the subject, preparing templates and operational forms for professionals in the sector, and responding to questions on construction law issues raised by subscribers to the Portal.
